\u5b8b\u4f53;\">\u5e74\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p>30<span style=\"font-family: \u5b8b\u4f53;\">\u65e5\uff0c<\/span>WHO<span style=\"font-family: \u5b8b\u4f53;\">\u7ecf\u8fc7\u4e86\u6f2b\u957f\u7684\u8ba8\u8bba\uff0c\u4f1a\u8bae\u751a\u81f3\u5ef6\u671f\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u5c0f\u65f6\uff0c\u603b\u4f1a\u7a0b\u957f\u8fbe\u4e03\u4e2a\u5c0f\u65f6\uff0c\u53ef\u89c1\u8ba8\u8bba\u4e4b\u6fc0\u70c8\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: \u5b8b\u4f53;\">\u6700\u7ec8\u53ec\u5f00\u8bb0\u8005\u4f1a\uff0c\u5c06\u65b0\u578b\u51a0\u72b6\u75c5\u6bd2\u75ab\u60c5\u5b9a\u4e3a\u4e86\u56fd\u9645\u516c\u5171\u536b\u751f\u7d27\u6025\u4e8b\u4ef6\uff08<\/span>PHEIC<span style=\"font-family: \u5b8b\u4f53;\">\uff09\u3002<\/span>WHO<span style=\"font-family: \u5b8b\u4f53;\">\u5f3a\u8c03\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u51b3\u5b9a\u5e76\u4e0d\u63a8\u8350\u9650\u5236\u65c5\u884c\u548c\u8d38\u6613\u63aa\u65bd\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: \u5b8b\u4f53;\">\u8fd8\u89e3\u91ca\u8bf4\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u51b3\u5b9a\u5e76\u4e0d\u662f\u5bf9\u4e2d\u56fd\u6295\u53cd\u5bf9\u7968\uff0c\u66f4\u4e0d\u662f\u4e0d\u4fe1\u4efb\u7968\uff0c\u53cd\u800c\u9ad8\u5ea6\u80af\u5b9a\u4e86\u4e2d\u65b9\u7684\u9632\u63a7\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c<\/span>WHO<span \u5b8b\u4f53;\">\u6211\u5148\u6765\u79d1\u666e\u4e00\u4e0b\uff0c\u4ec0\u4e48\u662f\u56fd\u9645\u7a81\u53d1<span style=\"font-family: \u5b8b\u4f53;\">\u516c\u5171<\/span>\u536b\u751f\u4e8b\u4ef6\uff08\u56fd\u9645\u516c\u5171\u536b\u751f\u7d27\u6025\u4e8b\u4ef6\uff09\u3002\u8fd9\u4ef6\u4e8b\u60c5\u8ddf2003\u5e74\u7684\u975e\u5178\u75ab\u60c5\u8fd8\u6709\u5173\u7cfb\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p>2003<span style=\"font-family: \u5b8b\u4f53;\">\u5e74\u7684\u975e\u5178\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u8513\u5ef6\u5230\u4e86\u5168\u7403<\/span>32<span style=\"font-family: \u5b8b\u4f53;\">\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u548c\u5730\u533a\uff0c\u8fd9\u8ba9\u5404\u56fd\u8ba4\u8bc6\u5230\uff0c\u5728\u5168\u7403\u5316\u7684\u4eca\u5929\uff0c\u4e0d\u4ec5\u8d38\u6613\u3001\u8d44\u91d1\u3001\u4eba\u624d\u5728\u5168\u7403\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u6d41\u52a8\uff0c\u8fde\u75c5\u6bd2\u4e5f\u5f00\u59cb\u5728\u5168\u7403\u8513\u5ef6\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: \u5b8b\u4f53;\">\u4e16\u754c\u771f\u7684\u53d8\u6210\u4e86\u5730\u7403\u6751\uff0c\u4eca\u5929\u805a\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\u7684\u4e00\u7fa4\u4eba\uff0c\u660e\u5929\u53ef\u80fd\u5206\u5e03\u5728\u5168\u7403\u5404\u4e2a\u89d2\u843d\uff0c\u800c\u516c\u5171\u5b89\u5168\u4e0d\u518d\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u6216\u5730\u533a\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u4e8b\u60c5\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u5168\u7403\u534f\u4f5c\u624d\u80fd\u89e3\u51b3\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span
